Philippine Estates Corporation (PHES) is a leading real-estate developer (listed in the Philippine stock exchange) in the country. It has more than 1,500 hectares in its land bank, and is renowned for its world-class high-rises, industrial estates, residential subdivisions and leisure communities.

The roster of upcoming PHES projects is as impressive. This includes a 14-storey office building in prestigious Ayala Avenue in the Central Business District of Makati; a 14 hectare high-end residential resort in Tagaytay City; and a 57-hectare medium-cost housing project in Marilao, Bulacan.
With all these and more in the pipeline, PHES is on-track to becoming the most active real-estate company in the Philippines, with major projects felt in the three major islands of the country.
